Holding(Property, Comprehensive) Tax Calculator
This is a local tax levied on the property you own and is levied as of June 1. Property tax is paid in installments once or twice in July and September every year, and property tax is paid once in December of each year.

If you own a house as a share but do not own it within the household and need to be counted as one householder, please check '□ One householder'.
The Comprehensive Real Estate Tax Act amended in August 2020 will be applied from the amount paid in 2021. If you change the "base year" to 2021, you can calculate the tax amount for next year.
